Envirograf’s LV Intumescent Liners are designed for use inside solid pipes in toilets and bathrooms.
They can be used on circular pipes which penetrate through walls and ceilings.
They are easy to install as they are self adhesive.
Insert the liner at a minimum of 32mm inside the pipe to allow for the fan sprocket.
Technical Data
LV intumescent liners can be inserted into plastic and metal pipes from extractor fans and toilet vents.
They come in many sizes, ranging from 50mm to 600mm in diameter.
LV liners can last a lifetime in-situ and will not degrade or deteriorate.
In the event of a fire, the intumescent material in the sleeve expands to seal the penetration through the wall or ceiling.
Fire Testing
This product has been tested to 70 minutes integrity and 65 minutes insulation.
