Application Conditions:
Ensure that:
The air and steel temperatures are above 5ºC and below 25ºC.
The relative humidity does not exceed 80%. Humidity levels below 65% being are ideal for drying.
The product is touch dry within 2 – 4 hours and hard dry at 4 hours after application if relative humidity is below 65%.
Where the humidity is high and/or the temperature is low, the drying times will be extended.
Application Instructions:
Coverage is typically over 7.4m² per litre. Whist a single full coat is generally sufficient, certain colours may need an additional coat to give acceptable opacity.
Stir only if necessary and reseal container when not in use. Do not thin the product.
To ensure the correct thickness is applied in a uniform manner, a wet film gauge should be used.
We recommend application by spray equipment.
Clean spray equipment with clean water after use.
