Jotun Steelmaster 120SB – Intumescent Paint 20L

Jotun Steelmaster 120SB is a new 2 hour one component solventborne acrylic thin film intumescent steel paint designed for use in internal and external C1 to C4 environments. Independently tested and approved for fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fires, BS476 Pt 20 and 21.

Jotun Steelmaster 120SB is a specially formulated solvent-borne intumescent steel paint that provides up to 120 minutes fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire.

It can be brushed to 500 microns per coat or spray applied to 1100 microns per coat.

Jotun Steelmaster 120SB benefits from some of the lowest dry film thickness loading for a solvent based intumescent on the market for Universal Columns and Beams and is especially good on Circular, Square and Rectangular hollow sections.
