Electrical faults are one of the major causes of fires, so it is vital that they are controlled properly.

Our range of products have been designed to cover a range of aspects of electrical fire protection.

Overview of some of our products

Putty pads are used in dry lining boxes, to maintain the fire rating of the partition wall the box penetrates through.

The Protecta Service Transit can be used around continuous cables in walls and floors, to maintain their fire rating.

Our pipe wraps come in two types – either on a 25m long roll, or as individual units. They block off melting pipes when heated, for up to 240 minutes. In terms of electrical fire protection, they can be used on bundles of plastic pipes with cables and cable bundles.

Pipe collars are used on pipes which wouldn’t be suitable for pipe wraps, for example in timber walls. They too can be used on bundles of plastic pipes with cables and cable bundles.

Envirograf have a range of products to be used in electrical fire protection.

Their intumescent cable tray pillow, for example, slots into metal and plastic cable trays to fire stop gaps in walls, floors and ceilings.

Downlighter covers fit onto downlighter fittings to maintain the fire rating of ceilings for up to 4 hours.

Fire and smoke stop pillows are great for sealing around cables, because they are soft, pliable and can be removed when adjusting cables.

The intumescent sponge in Envirograf’s Multi-Purpose boxes can be cut for service entries. The box can be used in walls, ceilings, floors and corners.
