Meet Lorna

To continue our #MeetOurTeam series, today, we’re introducing Lorna, who works in our office. If you missed out on last week’s, here is “Meet Chris”

Hi Lorna, how long have you been at IPF for?

Since March 2019

What would you say an average day in the office looks like for you?

I deal with incoming calls & emails.

When it comes to customer orders, I can take them, deal with the payments for them either over the phone or from the website. Then I pack them & send them out.

Finally, after orders are taken, I carry out all the invoicing.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The team: all the staff are wonderful to work with!

Lastly, tell us a fun fact about yourself

I compare my family and I to the Weasley’s because we all have red hair!
